The Project consist of Twin towers with two common basements, podium area, one parking level and one upper ground level with fountains and external landscape. Among two towers, one tower consists of 40 stories and another tower of 30 storied with total 376 nos. apartments and 2 Nos. penthouses)
BILT scope includes complete supply and installation of electrical,plumbing,HVAC & ELV System.
The building is centrally cooled by district cooling system with a total load of 4000 Tons. Total Electrical connected load is 15.6 mega watts.
